I have had several requests to post the images I entered in the Professional Photographers' of America 2010 International Image Competition this year. All four images of mine were accepted into the General Collection and received a merit which classifies me as a Bronze Level Photographer of the Year. I feel pretty fortunate considering the level of competition. I would like to thank my clients who are the ones who allow me to create this art. You are the reason I am able to enter these competitions. Without you guys I would not be where I am today. So - THANK YOU my Beloved Clients!!!!

Woooooohooooo! I am going to be speaking for the Montana Professional Photographers Association on June 7th, 2010 in Seeley Lake, Montana. I am nervous and excited...mostly nervous about people listening to me go on and on about photography for five hours :) Hopefully they don't fall asleep. LOL. No, but seriously, I am honored that they selected me to come to speak. Hopefully someone can learn even just a few things from me because that would make my day. I love being able to help other photographers out when time allows. So, if you're interested, here is a screen shot of the info. We would love to have you. Or, just click HERE to get the scoop.
just an fyi... If you have emailed me at kristi at spgx dot com in the last 20 or 30 days and I haven't responded it's not because I'm ignoring you. My email and computer have been having MAJOR issues....
please resend your email if you would...thanks and sorry for the inconvenience!

Hey guys! This is Jenna, Kristi's assistant. I got to take a little field trip today during work—I walked around downtown and asked people to describe our photography in three words. I ran across so many friendly people who had some great words! (My personal favorite was "ethereal.") What do you think of our photography? What three words would you use to describe it? Leave us a comment and let us know.
:) And have a HAPPY day!
I'm sure you're wondering where we've been! Just for the record, we haven't been rained out. We made it through the insane senior portrait season, and have moved on to a wild, and crazy summer! We've uploaded some new images to our main website in all categories, so make sure you go check it out, and let us know what you think!!! We also have some new canvas wraps at the studio-if you haven't been by to check them out, you NEED to put it on the top of your to do list!
That's all to report for now~
Stay classy Idaho Falls!

Wow! What a great day this is. We have been working on creating a "new look" for Kristi Sheriff Photography since August and it's finally here. Carol Taldo created our new logo and, if I do say so myself, I think it's perfect for us. It was worth the wait! I would love to know what everyone else thinks too! Leave us some comments and let us know....
So..... we hired out assistant, but our editor Rena is leaving us. :( So that means we are once again looking for an editor. Here is a brief description:

Assist photographer on shoots when needed
Please call the studio at 542-1089 or drop by with your resume if you are interested!
